Intel 80960 (i960) microprocessors

Intel 80960 (i960) is a family of 32-bit embedded microprocessors. The i960 family consists of the following sub-families:

• High-performance superscalar microprocessors: 80960CA/CF/HA/HD/HT. 80960Hx CPUs have larger instruction and data cache than the 80960Cx parts, and include 2 32-bit timers.
• Low-power processors: 80960JA/JC/JD/JF/JS/JT/VH
• Communication processors: 80960RD/RM/RN/RP. All of these processors are based on 80960Jx core, and integrate many peripherals on a chip, like PCI interface, memory controller, DMA controller, etc.
• Cost-effective CPUs: 80960KA/KB/MC/SA/SB.
